Terms & Conditions
All sales final. NOT FOR RESALE. NO EXCHANGES. NO REFUNDS. Display the QR code on your mobile device or print your ticket to be scanned at the show entrance. Treat your ticket as you would cash. Tickets contain a unique QR code that will only be redeemed once (unless it is a Collector’s Pass). If for any reason a copy of this ticket was made, the first scanned ticket to arrive at the event will be valid, while the second ticket with the same ticket ID/QR code will be denied. Event staff will be able to verify the legitimate buyer by checking the credit card and/or photo ID. We recommend that all customers bring their credit card that was used to make this purchase to the event. The holder of this ticket assumes all responsibilities for any risk of bodily harm, disease, or loss of property sustained while attending this attraction and waives all right to lay claim for damages resulting from any cause whatsoever either before, during or after the attraction. Photographic images and video footage are incidental to attendance and may be used without permission or compensation. Solicitation is strictly prohibited.
Management may (at its sole discretion) refuse access to, or eject from the Event, any person it its absolute discretion, including (without limitation) any person who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or who in the opinion of Show Management represents a security risk, nuisance, or annoyance to the running of the Event. Show Management reserves the right to refuse tickets by refunding the purchase price.
