ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL, NO MONEY REFUNDED, NO EXCHANGES, UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19. A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

The holder of this ticket (“Holder”) is admitted to the event on condition that he or she, by the use of this ticket, agrees to the following: The Holder voluntarily acknowledges and assumes all risks and dangers of, including, but not limited to, loss or theft of or damage to property or personal injury and all other inherent risks or hazards incidental to any event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. Holder agrees that the organization, venue, presenter, agents, participants are not responsible or liable for any damages, loss, theft or injuries resulting from such causes. Management reserves the right to refuse admission by refunding the price of ticket, and/or to expel from the premises any person whose presence or conduct is deemed by it to be objectionable. Expulsion cancels this ticket, and the Holder thereupon forfeits all claims, including any claim to a refund of the ticket price. Tickets deemed lost, stolen or destroyed will not be honoured. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources or that may be stolen or counterfeit will not be honoured. This ticket may not be offered for resale in any manner which would violate any law or regulation. Admission is subject to compliance with applicable laws, by-laws, regulations and facility rules and policies. Holder agrees to any reasonable search by or on behalf of management to ensure compliance with the foregoing. Failure to comply with facility rules may result in non-admission or expulsion. Holder acknowledges that private use of any unmanned aerial system/drone is not permitted. Holder grants permission to the organization for the event for which the ticket is issued to utilize the Holder’s image or likeness and that of any minor accompanying Holder in connection with any picture, video, broadcast, telecast, or other transmission or reproduction, promotion or advertising for the event or venue to which this ticket relates.
