The following is a list of common questions that we receive. At the end you
will find a support email address that you can contact if you are having
problems purchasing your tickets. Please note that all general inquiries should
go to Show Management. TIX123.com can only address questions
relating to the purchasing of tickets.
TICKET PROBLEMS/ISSUES

TICKETS THAN REQUIRED
We CANNOT offer any refunds or cancel a ticket prior to the event. You will need
to contact the show organizer after the show has ended at which time it
can be determined if the extra ticket(s) has been redeemed. Show management may
or may not refund the purchase price depending on the show's refund policy.
I WANT TO GIVE THESE TICKETS AS A GIFT AND THE NAME ON THE TICKET
DOES NOT MATCH THE PERSON ATTENDING
This is not a problem. Tickets can be given to anyone for
redemption, however you can only give 1 unique ticket per person. Should a
duplicate ticket arrive at the event, the ticketholder will have to prove
ownership with valid ID.
I CANNOT SELECT A DROP-DOWN TICKET QUANTITY
Please note that certain versions of the MAC Safari browser (ver 1.x.x)
are incompatible with the system. Please upgrade your browser to the newest
version. If you cannot upgrade, please try another browser.
I CANNOT PRINT IN WINDOWS VISTA WITH IE7
IE7 will not let you print in Vista unless you have Protected Mode =
Off (Internet Options > Security > Enable Protected Mode).
THE BARCODE IS NOT PRINTING
First check that your browser is set up correctly to print graphics.
Even though a barcode does not print, the ticket can be validated using the
unique ID on the ticket.
GENERAL QUESTIONS/ANSWERS
COMMENTS REGARDING THE EVENT: Please direct all comments to Show Management.
PROMOTION CODES: Please note that we cannot supply you with a promotion code. Promotion codes may or may not be used by the show producer.
DISCOUNTS: Different shows offer different online discount structures.
The pricing available on the eticket site has been verified by show management.
We cannot answer questions related to any discounts or promotions being
offered, nor can we give out any discount or promotion codes. Please note that
discounts are based on the BOX OFFICE price. Online pricing may be lower which
will reduce the value of the discount - however still applying the discount to
the more expensive Box Office price.
NAME ON TICKET:
The purchasers name will appear on the ticket, however tickets can be
distributed to anyone. Note however that the tickets that you distribute can
only be redeemed once for the event.
ONSITE TICKETS: Please check the show's official website for pricing and to confirm whether or not tickets are available onsite - some events sell out of certain ticket types. Internet tickets are USUALLY available throughout the event, but again, confirm this on the official event website.
SENIORS/YOUTH: Please note that some shows offer Senior and Youth tickets at a different price. If you do not see the option on screen, nor do you see it on the show's website, then it has not been offered for the show. A regular adult ticket must be purchased in this case.
CONTACTING AN EXHIBITOR: Please contact Show Management to get information relating to an exhibitor you saw at the event.
WHEN ARE MY TICKETS VALID?: Unless otherwise indicated, tickets are valid for any day of the event.
SHOW RE-ADMISSION: Some shows provide the opportunity for the same person to re-visit the show on another day without paying admission again. To find out whether the show offers such a program, please contact the show team directly by using the contact details posted on their website or stop by the Show Office while you are at the show.

Client Responsibility
The function of TIX123 by MicroSpec is as an authorized ticket selling
agency, hired by promoters, production companies and venues to distribute
tickets to their events via our online service. As an authorized agent,
MicroSpec is responsible directly to our clients for the selling of these
tickets. All information and inventory for any event is determined by the
promoter, and TIX123 by MicroSpec simply sells their product, with all
inherent service required. MicroSpec does not put on or promote events. Nor do
we set ticket prices. MicroSpec is not involved in ticket availability decisions.
MicroSpec role is solely to provide a computerized ticket distribution service
and maximize the public's access to tickets, based on each client's
specifications.
Order Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page
or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error
message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your
responsibility to confirm with
MicroSpec whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware
of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. MicroSpec will not
be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order
was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Pricing Errors
If the amount you pay for a ticket is obviously or grossly incorrect,
regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this web site or
otherwise communicated to you, and regardless of whether because of a
transactional malfunction of this web site or other MicroSpec operated system,
then MicroSpec will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that
ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid.
The data collected for each event will be stored on a backup server in our office for reference and will be deleted following the event, upon receiving a written request from Show Management. All information pertaining to the event is kept confidential including statistics, reports, and recorded data. Payment information is retained for a period of 1 year as required by our merchant agreements.
